Energetic refurbishment (105)

A group of residential buildings in Torrelago district, Laguna de Duero (Valladolid), has been refurbished in the context of the European Programme CITyFIED: Replicable and Innovative Future Efficient Districts and Cities. The renovation addresses both the image of the buildings and energy factors. 

The solution offers completely continuous thermal insulation and an improved watertight barrier with an adequate control of water vapour permeability. This kind of interventions are executed from outside the building without disturbing the daily life of the inhabitants: nobody has to move and the interior is not affected.
