How difficult it is to renounce to the glass façades in tertiary buildings!

In south orientations: the gains are excessive.

Fixed solar protections are used for maintenance issues but do not adapt to varying sun positions. Obviously, a good design will protect from the sun in summer and allow gains in winter.

In north orientations, glass façades cause losses. 

What is the cost in selective glass and climate equipment for these glass façades?
